Ok, the last one I think. Here is what we have done so far:

• Found a company
• Back of the napkin math and plans
• Gathered recipes
• Done some basic market research
• Created an MVP (one dozen perfect muffins)
• Told our family and friends about the company
• Tried a bunch of things for a year and found what worked
• Scaled and become more profitable

One other thing I forgot to mention in the last blog, during the entire scaling phase we would need to be constantly marketing as well. Still posting on IG, engaging with people, making new muffins of the month, etc.

The last stage we can move through is to transition from a scaling small company to a large company. We hire for making a ‘real company’, we hire an HR team, we get real healthcare, we write down our recipes and make sure our bakers are consistent, we franchise. We jump from 2 to 8 trucks.
